Short Form Video Concept
Our short-form video concept was inspired by the viral Bigfoot Vlogs on social media. We attempted to take the virility of this trend and repurpose it into a PSA. We came up with the idea of a Black Bear announcing the new IDFG rules as a "vlogger."
AI Character Exploration.
Our goal was a realistic bear design with subtle anthropomorphic qualities. We used AI tools to turn our sketches into photorealistic characters.
Storyboard.
Once we nailed down the character, we began storyboarding. Because the bear had human traits, we used humor to drive the story.
Visual Test.
We created two different styles and tested each with internal audiences to understand which one lands better for the general audience.
